These terms and conditions of sale govern all products you enter into a contract to purchase on the Website (a "Contract").  These terms are specific to products but Contracts are also governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use above which you should also read.

 

1.        Supplier of products

 

The Products you purchase will be supplied by Hasbro UK Limited located at the address set out above.

 

2.        Description of Product

 

Every care has been taken to describe and portray every product accurately, but variations in actual products may occur.

 

3.        Price and Payment

 

The prices of products are stated on the Website and are quoted inclusive of VAT but exclusive of handling and delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Where a price has been misquoted by Hasbro in the confirmatory email, Hasbro may cancel that order by notifying you.

 

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro debit and credit cards online via our secure server.  We do not take either orders or payments by phone though are happy to respond to any order queries you have using the contact details at the foot of this page.

 

When placing an order if you are not the credit card holder then you must obtain the permission of the credit card holder before making your purchase.  Please note that no charge will be made on the card until goods are shipped.

 

4.        Input of incorrect Information

 

We cannot accept any liability for any failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the Website or for any incorrect information provided by you.

 

5.        Delivery

 

We cannot guarantee permanent and continuous availability of all products.  All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail for Standard Delivery and by Parcel Force for Next Day Delivery and jointly we aim to provide a safe and efficient service.  Estimated times of Delivery are shown on our Delivery and Returns Policy page which forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Non-stock items will be ordered in and therefore carry longer delivery times to stock items.

 

We will only deliver products to addresses located in the UK.

 

Delivery charges will be notified to you on the Website when you place an order and confirmed to you in your confirmatory email.

 

We will deliver products to the address you supply when ordering on the Website.

 

6.        Cancellation and Returns

 

On entering into a Contract we will send you an email (on the email address you supply when ordering on the Website) invoice which confirms details of the product. You will then have a "cooling off" period during which you have a right to cancel the order without charge. You may exercise that right by notifying us by email at CustomerServices@HasbroToyShop.co.uk or other contact details above at clause 12 of the Terms and Conditions of Use. Following such notice you must return the products covered by the cancelled Contract undamaged to us at the address set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use. Following you exercising your right of cancellation we will refund any payments made by you. The cooling off period and related right to cancel will end seven working days from the date on which you receive the goods.

 

In addition to the right of cancellation, if you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it to us in accordance with our Delivery and Returns Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

The right of cancellation above and any limitation expressed in these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Delivery and Returns Policy do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for products purchased on the Website can only be credited to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

 

7.        Risk and title

 

Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
