Credit cards will be pre-authorized when the order is received. Your credit card will be debited upon despatch of your order. You will receive an e-mail containing your invoice confirming that your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 4 hours after placing an order, your e-mail provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you.
