Delivering Your Order

All orders are despatched direct from Hasbro’s own warehouse. To help you plan your delivery, please use the table below as a guide. All timings relate to orders received prior to midday Monday to Friday.

Delivery Timings Exceptions
Please note that Next Day Delivery to certain postcodes will be subject to additional delivery time, please see this page on the Parcelforce web site to see if your address is one of those affected.  Look for your postcode and then view the comments under the ‘Parcelforce 24’ column.

Delivery Restrictions
We deliver anywhere within mainland UK, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands.  Orders where shipping addresses are to areas outside those stated will be cancelled and refunded, this includes Post Office boxes, shipping companies and the Channel Islands.

Unfortunately Next Day Delivery is not available to BFPO addresses, though Standard Delivery is.

Delivery examples

Standard delivery: orders placed on a Wednesday and Thursday will usually be delivered between Monday to Thursday of the following week.  Orders placed via standard delivery may arrive any day except Sundays.

 

If you are not at home at the time delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card letting you know from where your parcel can be collected.

 

Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before midday Monday -Thursday will usually be delivered the next working day. Orders placed before midday on a Friday are will usually be delivered the next Monday. Orders placed during the weekend will usually be delivered on the next Tuesday.  The recipient will be required to sign for the parcel in order to receive the goods.

 

Please note that public bank holidays are not treated as working days and extra time should be allowed for delivery of your orders.

 

Please remember that at Hasbro we don’t charge any handling fees. All delivery costs are per delivery address so the more you order the more cost effective the delivery charge becomes.

 

Tracking Your Order

On receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order reference number. Please keep a note of your order reference number. When your goods are ready to be dispatched to you, you will receive an email invoice again confirming order details and giving the same order reference number as your confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order by going to the MyAccount section.

   

Goods Lost in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit please contact us using any of the details below. To help us trace your order, please have your order reference number to hand.

How to return products to us

 

Damaged Goods

If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us on the details above. We will be happy to give you a returns authorisation number and send you a replacement with our apologies. Claims for damages can only be accepted if notified within 7 days of delivery.

 

Undamaged Goods

If you are not satisfied with any product, you can cancel your order within 7 working days after which the goods were delivered.  To cancel your order, please contact the Consumer Affairs Team on the details above and we will provide you with the address and a returns authorisation number.  Please ensure you return goods to us along with details of the date, product, your name and order number and we will, at our choice and subject to the product being unused and in a resaleable condition, either exchange it or provide you with a refund.

 

Please note that once the delivery process has begun you cannot cancel the agreement you have for services carried out by us other than standard delivery charges, for example, next day delivery will be deducted from any refund due.

 

We will process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay.

 

When returning products on which you have received any promotional or other discount the refund will only cover the price you paid.

 

Faulty Items

 

At Hasbro, we are very proud of the quality of our products. If however, you do receive a faulty item please contact us on the number above. We will be happy to give you a returns authorisation number and send you a replacement with our apologies.  Please note, that we can only accept returns of faulty products that have not been opened if the fault is apparent without opening the packaging.

 

 

Spare Parts

 

Lost some parts to your game? Don’t throw it away! We carry an extensive range of spare parts. We charge just £1.50 to cover postage and packing… so give us call and we may be able to help.
